Kayla works with young people navigating big emotions, anxiety, life transitions, and the quiet work of figuring out who they are, using play, creativity, and activity-based approaches that meet each child exactly where they are. Her caregiver-inclusive approach means parents and guardians are an essential part of the therapeutic process, not an afterthought.

Janay holds the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International, a credential held by fewer than 8,200 providers worldwide. Her strengths-based, affirming approach gives clients a space to stop proving their worth and start living from it.

Olivia is often the first voice new clients hear at Depth & Clarity Psychology. She oversees client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, ensuring every person who reaches out feels welcomed, informed, and confident taking their first steps toward care. Her attentive, organized approach creates a calm, consistent experience from the first email to the first appointment. Her behind-the-scenes work allows the clinical team to focus entirely on providing high-quality therapy and psychological testing.
