About Janay

As a psychometrist at Depth & Clarity Psychology, Janay supports psychological testing and evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and cognitive concerns across the lifespan. Working alongside Dr. Anna, she helps ensure every part of the assessment process is clear, respectful, and affirming. Especially for clients who have felt unseen or misunderstood in other settings.

Janay’s strong clinical background includes assessment experience in surgical, inpatient, and outpatient settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective. She approaches each evaluation with precision, empathy, and deep respect for neurodiversity.

She is passionate about using psychological assessment as a tool for self-understanding and empowerment. Janay believes that when individuals receive accurate, affirming insights into how their brain works, they can better advocate for themselves and pursue a more authentic, fulfilling life.
About Dr. Sam
​
Dr. Samantha Schwartz works with adults and older adults navigating grief, depression, and anxiety, especially during loss, health changes, caregiving, or major life transitions. Her approach is person-centered and affirming, focusing on each client’s strengths, values, and pace.
​
In sessions, Dr. Sam provides warmth, steadiness, and practical support, creating space for clients’ stories while helping them build tools for the heaviest moments. She uses evidence-based therapies integrated with grief-informed and trauma-sensitive care. When concentration, sleep, or motivation are impacted, she translates strategies into simple, actionable steps clients can use between sessions.

Clients describe her as calm, clear, and encouraging. Dr. Sam collaborates with medical teams and family when helpful, always with consent, supporting clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered as they move toward a more fulfilling life.

About Dr. Natasha

Dr. Natasha Basu is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in neurodiversity-affirming evaluations and psychological assessments across the lifespan. She works with children, teens, and adults seeking clarity and support for ADHD, learning differences, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns.
​
Dr. Basu earned her doctorate in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the University of South Alabama. With experience in clinical, research, and educational settings, she provides compassionate, comprehensive evaluations that help individuals better understand their strengths, challenges, and unique ways of thinking and learning. Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and culturally responsive, grounded in the belief that every story deserves to be understood within its broader context of lived experience and culture.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Basu teaches and mentors master’s-level counseling students, finding deep fulfillment in supporting the next generation of mental health professionals. She is passionate about reducing barriers to care and creating accessible, affirming spaces where individuals and families can gain insight, confidence, and meaningful direction on their path toward growth and understanding.

Olivia is often the first point of contact for new clients seeking therapy or psychological assessment at Depth & Clarity Psychology. She provides a welcoming, organized start to care by answering questions, coordinating scheduling, and offering information to help new clients feel confident taking the first steps toward care.
​
She is passionate about creating accessible mental health care for individuals and families. By overseeing client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations for the practice, she allows the clinical team to focus on providing high-quality therapy and psychological testing. Her attentive, organized approach supports a calm, consistent experience for every client from the first email to the first appointment.
​
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two two cats, Melbourne and Miso. She enjoys exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and finding the best cappuccino in town.
