You Hold Space for Everyone Else.
Who Holds It for You?

Textured Fabric Closeup

You know how to sit with hard things. You do it every day. But somewhere between the sessions, the documentation, the vicarious trauma, and the professional isolation, you stopped having a space where someone was doing that for you.

That is what The Therapist's Circle was built for.

Support for Clinicians Navigating:

  • Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

  • Professional Isolation

  • Countertransference and Emotional Impact

  • Therapist Identity and Professional Development

  • Relational Patterns in Clinical Work

  • The Weight of Holding Others' Pain

What to Expect From The Therapist's Circle

This group focuses on how you are as a therapist and as a person. The group attends to what feels alive in the room. What you feel drawn toward or pulled away from. The emotional roles you tend to occupy. The relational patterns that surface quietly and organically between members. Over time, those patterns are gently noticed, named, and reflected on.

This Is Not a Training. It Is an Experience.

Grounded in modern psychoanalytic and relational theory, we work at the level of relational awareness, emotional presence, and therapist identity. Themes related to burnout, power, systemic strain, and professional isolation emerge naturally. Silence, uncertainty, and emotional nuance are welcomed rather than rushed past. This is experiential work, which means you are not talking about the process. You are in it.

Virtual. Wherever You Practice.

The Therapist's Circle meets virtually every Friday from 9:00 to 10:30am CST, open to therapists and therapists-in-training across all PSYPACT states. The virtual format was chosen intentionally, allowing clinicians from different locations and practice settings to participate while maintaining the intimacy and relational depth that makes this work meaningful.

Investment.

The Therapist's Circle is $60 per session. For many clinicians, this is one of the few professional investments that serves both personal and clinical growth simultaneously.

The group has limited capacity to preserve cohesion and relational depth, so space is not always available. Reaching out does not require a commitment. It is simply the next step in taking your curiosity seriously.

You Have Done the Work.
So Why Does Something Still Feel Unexamined?

Not supervision. Not consultation. Not another CEU training.

Most professional development focuses on what you do in the room. Trainings, certifications, consultation groups. All of it centers on clinical skill.

The Therapist's Circle focuses on who you are in the room. Your relational patterns, blind spots, and the emotional residue you carry from session to session shape every therapeutic relationship you have. Most professional spaces never touch that.

Participants often report:

  • Increased relational awareness

  • Deeper clinical presence

  • Reduced professional isolation

  • More clarity around countertransference

  • Greater capacity to sit with complexity in the therapy room

This awareness does not stay contained in the group. It follows you back into your clinical work and changes it.

You Are in the Right Place If You:

  • Are carrying the cumulative weight of holding others' pain and have no real space to set it down

  • Are burning out but find it hard to admit because you are the one people come to for that

  • Have supervision and consultation covered but feel like your inner clinical life is still going unexamined

  • Are curious about your own relational patterns and how they quietly show up in the therapy room

  • Want to experience group process from the inside before you facilitate it

  • Are done talking about your clients and ready to talk about yourself for once

The Therapist's Circle is facilitated by Dr. Anna Weber, founder of Depth & Clarity Psychology and a licensed psychologist with deep roots in relational and psychodynamic theory. Dr. Anna participated in a modern psychoanalytic experiential group for three years during graduate training, an experience she describes as among the most formative of her clinical development. The Therapist's Circle was created from that experience, built to offer other clinicians the same depth of professional and personal growth.
