A Bit About Me

My approach to psychotherapy is primarily psychodynamic and relational, focusing on how early relationships, past experiences, and unconscious drives influence mental health. I help adults 18 years and older navigate mood disturbances, relational issues, identity concerns, and trauma histories, among other challenges. We work together to develop insight into these factors and address underlying emotional patterns, creating a safe space for emotional expression and exploration. As a PSYPACT-approved provider, I also offer teletherapy services to clients in participating states.

As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals ages 6 and older, addressing a wide range of presenting issues such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disturbances, and cognitive functioning. I prioritize a holistic diagnostic approach, evaluating multiple areas of functioning and considering all diagnostic possibilities. To provide a thorough understanding, I also gather information from relevant outside sources, such as teachers, family members, and healthcare providers. My goal is to provide accurate diagnoses and personalized recommendations to support growth in all areas of life.
