We’re looking for a psychologist or postdoctoral fellow to join our cozy, relational practice in Elm Grove, WI. The position is hybrid (in-person testing + optional remote work) and assessment-focused, with opportunities for therapy if desired.

We specialize in comprehensive evaluations and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and we value curiosity, collaboration, and genuine connection in our work.

Child & Adolescent Therapist

We’re looking for a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our cozy, relational practice in Elm Grove, WI. This is a hybrid, primarily in-person W-2 position, with a focus on therapy for children and adolescents and parent collaboration.

At Depth & Clarity Psychology, we provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy and comprehensive evaluations. We value curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful, in-depth work.

We offer:

Opportunity to help design and build a play therapy space (materials provided)
Referrals and support building your caseload
Support from operations and marketing
Flexibility in scheduling
W-2 position with 50-60% compensation based on experience and growth

Ideal candidates:

Licensed in Wisconsin (LP, LPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred)
Trained in play-based and neurodiversity-affirming approaches (e.g. child-centered, Synergetic, DIR/Floortime, AutPlay, or similar)
Comfortable working with children and parents
Motivated to contribute to outreach and practice growth
