Functioning Is Not the Same as Thriving.
You show up. You get things done. You push through the anxiety, the exhaustion, and the weight of everything you are carrying. From the outside it looks fine. On the inside you know something needs to change. Maybe it is the anxiety that follows you from situation to situation. Maybe it is the exhaustion of navigating a world that was not built for how your brain works. Maybe it is grief that nobody around you quite understands, or a chronic illness that has quietly shifted everything about how you move through your life.
Rachel works with adolescents and adults who are done just getting by and ready to build something different. Through practical, skills-based therapy grounded in Reality Therapy and CBT, she helps clients identify what is getting in the way, develop strategies that actually work, and make intentional choices aligned with who they want to be.
Therapy That Actually Goes Somewhere.
Serving Adolescents and Adults in Milwaukee, WI and Virtually Across Wisconsin.
You Have Always Felt Like You Were Following a Different Map.
For adolescents and adults navigating neurodivergence, ADHD, masking, and the exhaustion of adapting to a world that was not built for how their brain works. Rachel provides a neuroaffirming, skills-based space to understand how you are wired and build strategies that actually work for you.
You Do Not Just Want to Talk About It. You Want to Actually Change It.
For clients who want to be an active participant in their own growth rather than a passive recipient of advice. Rachel’s Reality Therapy and CBT approach is collaborative, goal-focused, and built around developing practical skills and making intentional choices that align with who you want to be.
The Anxiety Is Always There. You Are Just Not Sure What to Do About It.
For adolescents and adults living with anxiety, worry, or the kind of persistent stress that follows you from situation to situation no matter how hard you try to manage it. Rachel helps you understand what is driving it and build the specific skills to actually change it.
You Are Still Standing. But Standing Is Getting Harder.
For adults navigating burnout, chronic illness, pet grief, or the quiet weight of feeling disconnected from who you were before everything got so heavy. Rachel provides a warm, grounded space to process what you are carrying and build a path toward feeling like yourself again.
